Ingredients
1 twig fresh rosemary
2-3 fresh basil leaves
1 Lemon
2-3 Cinnamon sticks
8-10 Cloves
Preparation
Step 1
Fill pot half way. Combine slices of lemon, fresh basil and rosemary, cinnamon sticks and cloves.
Step 2
Simmer on low heat, uncovered for up to 2 hours.
Step 3
Check the water level periodically and add more water if needed to simmer longer.
(Optional)
Adjust the amount of rosemary, cloves or basil if you want a stronger or milder smell.
You can use ginger or mint to create your own potporrui mixture.
