Ingredients
6-8 fresh sweet corn ears
1 red pepper (diced)
1 medium size onion (diced)
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoon olive oil
black pepper
Preparation
Carefully cut the kernels off each ear of corn with a sharp knife.
In a medium frypan, sauté butter, oil, peppers and onions for 5 minutes.
Add corn and mix well. Continue cooking on medium-low heat, covered for 15 minutes until corn is slightly browned. Stir frequently. That's all there is to it, Enjoy!
