Ingredients
You will need:
7-8 medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Supergreens salad mix
2 small tomatoes
3-4 grilled artichoke hearts
Black kamata olives
1/2 onion (sliced)
2 Boiled eggs (sliced)
Shreeded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Grill or sauté shrimp in butter or olive oil for 3-5 minutes. Do not overcook.
Combine salad, tomatoes, onions, eggs and cheese.
Add artichokes, olives and shrimp. Drizzle with olive oil or salad dressing of your choice.
