About the Recipe

Ingredients

You will need:

  • 7-8 medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • Supergreens salad mix

  • 2 small tomatoes

  • 3-4 grilled artichoke hearts

  • Black kamata olives

  • 1/2 onion (sliced)

  • 2 Boiled eggs (sliced)

  • Shreeded cheddar cheese



Preparation

  1. Grill or sauté shrimp in butter or olive oil for 3-5 minutes. Do not overcook.

  2. Combine salad, tomatoes, onions, eggs and cheese.

  3. Add artichokes, olives and shrimp. Drizzle with olive oil or salad dressing of your choice.
